These Terms of Service govern your use of the Leadtaro platform. Please read them carefully before using our service.

Plain English Summary

Use Leadtaro for lawful business prospecting only. Don't spam or resell our data. Paid plans are billed monthly and you keep access until your billing period ends after cancellation. We're not liable for data inaccuracies in search results.

1Acceptance of Terms

Agreement

By accessing or using Leadtaro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

2Use of the Service

Permitted Use

Leadtaro is designed to help businesses discover and manage leads. You may use the Service for lawful business purposes, including prospecting, outreach, and CRM management.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use Leadtaro to send spam, harass individuals, violate privacy laws, scrape data beyond your plan limits, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service or violates applicable laws including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or CASL.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

3Subscription Plans & Billing

Free Plan

The Basic plan provides 5 total searches at no cost. Features are available in view-only mode and cold email sending / export are not included.

Paid Plans

Leadtaro Starter (£39/month) and Leadtaro Pro (£79/month) are billed monthly. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. You will be informed by email before any price change takes effect.

4Data & Search Results

Third-Party Data

Business information provided through Leadtaro's search is sourced from publicly available data and third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of search results.

Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of business contact data complies with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction, including obtaining any necessary consent for outreach.

Exports

Exported data is for your internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense exported lead data to third parties.

5Intellectual Property

Our Platform

Leadtaro's software, design, trademarks, and proprietary content are owned by Leadtaro Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of our platform.

Your Content

Any content you upload or create within Leadtaro (such as email templates or CRM notes) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it to provide the Service.

6Limitation of Liability

No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that Leadtaro will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that search results will be accurate or complete.

Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leadtaro's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Consequential Damages

Leadtaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page or by contacting support. This terminates your access to the Service upon expiry of your current billing period.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the platform, with or without notice depending on severity.

8Governing Law

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
